Round 3 V Benalla - Sat April 18
Round 3 complete!
Thank you to Benalla Saints for hosting us and putting on a great day today! We had some mixed results across the day with our netball holding strong coming home with another clean sweep! Unfortunately it wasn't our day in the football, nevertheless some great footy was played. Once again congratulations to Bree Sudomirski on playing her 50th game, we hope she had many more at the club!
In the netball today we had 5 wins with each team taking home the chocolates. It was a great show of the talent we have here at the club with some great netball being played!
The under 15's started off the day with our first win! Quite a triumphant game each of the girls played their roles very well, showcasing what great talent we have in our juniors!

The under 17's followed suit in quite a close game against the Saints, but ultimately a very strong first quarter got the over the line!

B Reserve continued to keep us all on the edge of our seats with another close game against Benalla, but with some consistent defence and a strong last quarter from the goalers they came away with the win!

B Grade had a great win over the Saints, putting in the hardwork early they gained quite the lead. Across the game they continued to push the score finishing with quite the win!

A Grade finished with the best win of the day with a very strong game against the Saints. Consistent efforts from each of the players gave the team some real confidence playing some great netball!

Over on the football field unfortunately we did not have the same success but each team pushed Benalla and played some excellent footy!
Under 18's started off the day in the footy, sticking with the Saints early the boys put in a great effort but were not strong enough against the saints.

In the Seniors our boys stuck with Benalla early in the game but with a strong third quarter Benalla pulled ahead in the second half. Despite a strong last quarter Benalla were too good taking home the win.
